Rs 19.56M in upsells from one cart drawer in 30 days
Jenpharm's cart drawer opens on every add with a reward bar, a quantity nudge and five add-ons at 30% off. In the 30 days to 1 October 2026 it had a hand in 87,490 orders and sold Rs 19.56M ($72K USD) in upsells, Rs 224 on the average order. 93% of those orders crossed Rs 2,000 and went out with the free gift.

Measured 2 September 2026 to 1 October 2026 in Jenpharm’s Drawer Cart analytics. Updated 1 October 2026.
Single products sit just below the free gift
Many of Jenpharm's products sell for between Rs 500 and Rs 1,500, while the store's free gift starts at Rs 2,000, just under its Rs 2,024 average order. A shopper with one product in the cart is short of that reward. The cart drawer is where the gap gets shown and closed, so it was set up to make the next item obvious, discounted and rewarded.
The cart does its selling after the first add
Drawer Cart opens on every add to cart. A reward bar tracks two milestones, free shipping at Rs 700 and a free Mini Mystery gift at Rs 2,000. The first add unlocks 30% off five add-ons, every line carries a Buy 2 save 5% nudge, and the gift drops into the cart as a free line the moment the total crosses Rs 2,000.
Here is how each offer works
Every screen below is Jenpharm's live store, captured as a shopper sees it.
- First add
The cart opens with a goal
Adding the Rs 1,498 Spectra Block sunscreen opens the drawer with free shipping already reached and a line telling the shopper they are Rs 502 from a free Mini Mystery. A banner across the top promises a free voucher, e-book and sample with every order.

- Reward bar
Every stage of the bar is spelled out
Empty, the drawer reads Rs 700 away from free shipping, promises 30% off once anything is added and links into Serums and Best Sellers. With one product in, it counts down to the gift. Add one of the offers and it reads Congrats! You got a free Mini Mystery, with the gift added as a free line.

- Add-ons
Five add-ons are priced to close the gap
The first add unlocks 30% off five products: Brightening Coffee Scrub, Brightening Pink Clay Mask and Skin Rescue Mist at Rs 699, and Turmeric Glow Face Mask and Sebornil Anti Dandruff Drops at Rs 769. Any one of them takes the sunscreen past Rs 2,000. Once added, each line shows its saving, Rs 299 on the scrub, and the total shows Rs 2,496 struck through to Rs 2,197.

- Quantity breaks
Two of anything saves 5%
Every line carries a Buy 2 save 5% tag, the same 5% as the 2 Pack on the product page. Raising the sunscreen to two applies it on the spot: Rs 2,996 becomes Rs 2,846, a saving of Rs 150.
- 11,140 orders used a quantity break in the 30 days.

Four Drawer Cart features carry the results
All four are standard Drawer Cart features, configured for Jenpharm's prices, products and thresholds.
