No. Popups and sign-up forms show through the Email forms app embed: enable it in your theme editor and save. Campaigns, flows, segments and reports all live in your Shopify admin.

No. Contacts and sign-up forms are free on every plan, however many you have, so bots signing up can't inflate the bill. You pay only for emails delivered past your plan's monthly allowance, from campaigns, flows and series alike, at $0.10 per 1,000. Bounces, test emails and double opt-in confirmations are never counted.

No. You can send from your Attravo address from the first minute, verified and signed for you. Brand and Scale let you send from your own domain, which builds a reputation that belongs to you.

No. Installing sends nothing. A flow only reacts to what happens after you activate it, so old carts and orders never trigger it, and campaigns go out only when you send them.

Yes. Contacts and their consent already come from your store, so there is no list to upload. From Klaviyo, Omnisend or Mailchimp you bring over everyone who unsubscribed, bounced or complained, plus a year of campaign history. Klaviyo templates come across as your own, and Klaviyo flows as drafts to review.

Yes, both ways. An unsubscribe in the app sets the customer to unsubscribed in your store at once, and a change in your store shows in the app. Only subscribed contacts are ever emailed, and double opt-in can be switched on by region.

Apple Mail opens every email it receives to protect privacy, and many tools count those as opens. This app shows them apart, so the open rate counts people. Compare campaigns by clicks and revenue per recipient instead.

Brand at $29 a month includes 50,000 emails, sends from your own domain and drops the small Sent with Attravo line. Scale at $99 includes 500,000 and adds the AI Assistant, with priority support and onboarding. Stores sending millions of emails a month can ask for Dedicated: their own IPs, warmed up for them, priced by quote.

All sending stops at once and your plan ends. Reinstall within 48 hours and everything is where you left it, with flows and forms paused. After 48 hours it is all deleted.
